Clarion Hotel Concord-Walnut Creek

Everything was wonderful. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast sustained me for the rest of the day. Facilities were clean. Only minor negative is the a/c unit was noisy. you know the kind—the big box under the window. Fortunately i didn't need it on at night so i had no problems at all. Just know on a hot day it might not be so fun. Anyway, i have zero complaints. I didn't go swimming, but the pool was also very clean and gad plenty of new loungers to relax on.

It was pretty comfortable. The key cards worked easily (yay!). The breakfast was nice.

Im sorry I couldn't remember your name. Kind blonde lady at front desk . Very respectful. Told me where to park because of my room location. She checked me in fast , while explaining all the wonderful things the hotel had to offer. Would recommend. Great staff :))

The lady at the front desk was awesome, I can’t remember her name, but that’s the best I’ve ever been treated there upon checking in, I needed a couple AA batteries, she actually gave me a couple which meant the world to me, five stars for that employee
